INSTITUTIONAL RESEARCH AND DATA ANALYST

Community College of Beaver County (CCBC) in Monaca, PA, is accepting applications and nominations for the position of Institutional Research and Data Analyst to support internal and external research and compliance activities for the College. Essential duties include identifying information needs; collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting data and information; planning and evaluating key data points; serving as a steward of data and information; and educating information producers, users and consumers.

This position is located in the Office of Planning, Assessment, & Improvement, which oversees all accreditation, assessment, planning, and data management activities of the College and reports to the Executive Director of Planning, Assessment, & Improvement. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in social science, statistical analysis, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • One to two years of related experience with knowledge of transactional databases, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access.
  • Understanding of SQL or another programming language and familiarity with a report writing tool such as InfoMaker, crystal reports, oracle reports, or others.
  • Jenzabar experience preferred
