ASSOCIATE VICE PRESIDENT, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

CCBC is seeking candidates for the newly created position of Associate Vice President, Information Technology. He or she will provide leadership and day-to-day management of the business, budget, operations, strategic planning and governance functions for the Information Technology department. The person in this role also anticipates technological and system-based solutions, puts in place short and long-term plans, and implements information technology solutions that reflect the institution’s advanced teaching and learning environment.  

This position is responsible for the design, development and implementation of organizational information systems, software applications, and information technology support and infrastructure systems. This position manages and directs the college Helpdesk and Systems Operations units within the department.The Associate Vice President, Information Technology puts in place policies and programs that impact a variety of areas, including but not limited to all business operations, computer services, desktop computer support, network communications, and support, implementation and administration of software as a service technologies to support the mission and accomplish the goals and objectives of the institution.
