Community College of Beaver County is accepting applications and nominations for an accomplished, entrepreneurial leader to become Executive Director of Advancement and Sponsored Programs.

Reporting to the President, this new leadership position will work closely with the CCBC Foundation Board, college leadership, volunteers and others to build a culture of philanthropy and foster alumni and donor relationships. The Executive Director will partner with the President and the Executive Director of Marketing and Community Relations to increase external funding through the identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of individuals, alumni, corporations, foundations, government agencies and others.

The successful candidate will plan, organize and manage all activities related to college advancement and will oversee the college’s first comprehensive capital campaign. He or she will also provide college-wide leadership in grant identification, development and management.


  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
  • At least five years of advancement-related experience required.
  • Strong writing skills required.
  • Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) credentials a plus.
