Admission Checklist
Getting started at Community College of Beaver County is simple. Follow these steps and you’ll be registered in no time.
Apply to CCBC
- Complete the online admissions application.
- Need help? Schedule an admissions appointment (in-person, virtual, or by phone).
Submit your Transcript
- Send your office documents to admissions@ccbc.edu:
- Official high school transcript or GED scores
- SAT/ACT scores (if available)
- Official college transcript (if you’ve attended college before)
Do you need a Placement Test?
- After you submit transcripts, Admissions department will notify you if placement testing is required.
Apply for Financial Aid and Scholarships
- Most students should complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid).

Register for Classes
- New students should meet with an academic advisor to choose your classes.
