Event Spaces at CCBC
The Community College of Beaver County offers the most unique event venue in the region and is always ready to make your event a success!
Are you ready to leave that hotel ballroom behind and upgrade your banquet or reception venue? Do you want to impress your clients with the professionalism and functionality of your event?
CCBC provides event spaces ranging from a classroom’s privacy to the dome’s expansiveness. We specialize in creating memorable experiences for your organization and take pride in our adaptable spaces, customer service, and unique amenities. Our park-like campus is a short drive from Pittsburgh, the International Airport, and accommodations.
(The College reserves the right to accept or refuse any event request for any reason.)
The Dome
The Dome is an iconic structure in Beaver County. Built in 1975, it is one of only eight remaining geodesic dome structures in the United States. It is a 38,000-square-foot, 2,500-capacity multi-purpose arena.
Popular Events: Job Fairs, Trainings, Athletic Competitions, Graduations, Community Events, and more.
Space Details
Set-up: Can be arranged in 2 basic configurations. Stadium: Bleachers (open or closed) surrounding the court. Stage: Bleachers (open or closed) on three sides of the court with a 4 ft high stage on the remaining side.
Tech: Provided upon request. Two projection screens and a small sound system with microphone.
Basic Pricing:
- For-profit: $5,000 per day
- Non-profit: $3,000 per day
Please note: These are flat rates and do not include additional expenses or fees. Submit a rental request form for a specific event quote.
An outside supplier may be needed to provide additional tables, chairs, etc. at the contractor’s expense.

Titan Cafe
The Titan Café, located in the Student Services Center, is the hub of CCBC. This more intimate space, with a capacity of 150 people, has ample natural light from windows overlooking the campus.
Popular Events: Holiday Parties, Conferences, Graduation Parties, Showers, and more.
Space Details
Set-up: Can be auditorium style (150 chairs) or banquet style (37 tables and 148 chairs). Can be arranged to accommodate any event.
Tech: Provided upon request. One projection screen and small sound system with microphone.
An outside supplier may be needed to provide additional tables, chairs, etc. at the contractor’s expense.

Conference Center
The Conference Center, located in the Learning Resources Center (room 9103), is our most versatile space. Its capacity of 200 and easy-to-access location make it perfect for a plethora of events.

Space Details
Set-up: Can be arranged to accommodate any event.
Tech: Provided upon request. Two projection screens and small sound system with microphone.

- For-profit: $500 Full Day/ $300 Half Day
- Non-profit: $300 Full Day/ $300 Half Day

Classrooms
The classrooms at CCBC have various sizes and capabilities that are suited to learning. These spaces provide private settings for meetings or can be utilized in conjunction with other rental spaces.

Set-up: Can be arranged to accommodate any event, but typically arranged as a classroom.
Tech: Provided upon request. One projection screen and sound system capabilities (dependent on the room).
