Step 3: Once you have completed the online application, print out the confirmation email and take it to your school counselor. They will provide you with the college in high school registration form that you will need to complete.

Step 4: Turn in the completed registration form to your high school counselor by the designated deadline. CCBC will provide the school with registration deadlines, and any student whose application and registration are received after this deadline will not be processed.

Step 5: Your high school counselor will return the registration form and a high school transcript to CCBC for processing.

Registration Deadline
CCBC makes every effort to ensure that College in High School students are registered for the classes they plan to take. However, if a student’s application and registration form are received after the deadline to enroll, the student’s registration will not be processed.

After Registration
Once the College has all the required documents from your school, students are registered for the courses they have selected. A copy of the roster for the course will be emailed to the school for verification of each student.

Please note that once a student is registered for a course, they are responsible for payment of the course, and a grade will be required to be reported by the school. If they decide at any time they would no longer like to receive the college credit, they must reach out directly to their school counselor so that the counselor can make CCBC aware of the student’s intentions. At that time, CCBC will determine at what point they are in their withdrawal/refund period to award any possible refund and/or W grade if available at the time of withdrawal.

Billing

A copy of the student’s bill will be mailed to their home.

There is also an option to view your billing invoice by in to your MyCCBC account. In order to log in to your MyCCBC account, you must have your username and password. A student’s username is their firstname.lastname@ccbc.edu. A password will be emailed to the student’s email address they provided on their application. If you are not able to locate this email, you must reach out to our helpdesk for assistance. For security purposes, the student must complete this process. Parents will not be able to complete this process for their student. Helpdesk can be reached at helpdesk@ccbc.edu.

We have online, by phone, and in-person options for students to pay their invoices. For a step-by-step guide to help with different options for paying, go to Payment Options.
