Pay Tuition Online

CCBC utilizes paperless billing. Your bill can be accessed at MyCCBC. 

You will use your username and password to access your MyCCBC account.

• If you are a new student, your username and password should have been emailed to the personal email you provided when applying to CCBC.
• If you used a school email address, you may not have received this email.
• If you do not know or cannot remember your username or password, for security reasons you must contact IT by emailing helpdesk@ccbc.edu or by calling 724-480-3399.
  • When you call, please share your birthdate and your student ID number. If you do not know your ID number, your counselor has your student ID # on the class rosters that were sent by email.

Once logged into MyCCBC, look for the “Your Finances” tab to the left to view your bill and make an online payment.

Follow these steps to make your online payment:

1. Log in to MyCCBC
2. Click on the “Students Tab”
3. Click on “Your Finances”
4. Click on “Make Payment”
5. Follow the prompts to enter your information

You are also able to pay over the phone with a credit card by calling the cashier at 724-480-3396 or you can come to the campus to pay in person.
