R&A Catering provides breakfast, lunch, and catering for campus, community, and events
Monaca, PA – Community College of Beaver County announces a new partnership with R&A Catering to provide fresh and convenient dining options on its main campus. The menu offers a variety of homemade weekly specials, meals, snacks, and beverages for breakfast and lunch as well as on-site catering.
CCBC’s original Titan Café closed during the pandemic, due to health and safety concerns, and students have missed on-campus dining. With an emphasis on quality, affordability, and sustainability, R&A aims to create a vibrant and welcoming space before, during, and after classes.
Students at CCBC are raving about R&A Catering for its delicious food and welcoming atmosphere. Gracie Miller shared, “Ordering food can make me anxious, but R&A’s staff makes me feel at ease. They’re patient and kind.” Cassidy McCracken said, “The café has super flavorful food, quick service, and great prices. The staff is sweet and helpful.” And as John Samosky put it, “I get excited when I forget to pack lunch! I love grabbing their chicken tenders and fresh-cut fries – they’re the perfect combo!”
The reopening of Titan Café couldn’t have come at a better time, as enrollment has increased by an impressive 17.56% compared to spring last year. With a growing number of students, faculty, and staff on campus, the need for convenient, quality dining options has become essential.
“We are so excited to bring R&A onto campus to operate our Titan Café,” said Brittney Golden, dean of students at CCBC. “This will be wonderful for our students, as they will now have options for meal options that are hot, healthy, and homemade. We invite local members of the community to utilize our cafe as well when visiting campus. The mac-n-cheese comes highly recommended!”
In addition to various breakfast options, including assorted breakfast sandwiches, waffles, yogurt, and fresh fruit, the menu also features popular lunch staples such as pizza, hot dogs, and a soup and salad bar. Daily rotating specials offer a diverse selection, including hot sandwiches, stuffed grape leaves, fish, pulled pork, burgers, and gyros, among others.
Opening for the spring semester, R&A Catering serves breakfast and lunch Monday-Thursday between the hours of 7:30 a.m.-2:00 p.m. in the Titan Café located in the Student Services Center (SSC Building #1).
