From the classroom at Community College of Beaver County to the next chapter of their cybersecurity careers, 2026 CCBC graduates Sydney Davis, Curtis Runyan, and Ryan Kelly are taking a major step forward.

All three graduates have been selected for the prestigious Robert Morris University National Science Foundation (NSF) CyberCorps® Scholarship for Service (SFS), a competitive program that prepares the next generation of highly skilled and ethical cybersecurity professionals to serve the public sector.

The scholarship provides up to three years of support, including full tuition and fees, an annual living stipend, and a professional allowance for conferences, certifications, research, job fairs, and other career-development opportunities.

We sat down with Sydney, Curtis, and Ryan individually to talk about their experiences at CCBC, the people and experiences that helped shape their paths, and what it means to continue their education at Robert Morris University through the CyberCorps SFS program.

Hear directly from each graduate about where they’ve been, where they’re going, and how CCBC helped them finish stronger and prepared them for what’s next.
